THIS IS MY POLICIES PAGE. EVERYONE MUST READ.

I try to be flexible and affordable for all clients. And will continue to work with each client’s unique situation. But this is a business. And in order to remain in business. I have to set, and enforce some basic policies. These policies are subject to change at any time. So every time you submit an appointment request. Your conformation on approval will contain a link to this page.   Thank You.

NO SHOW’S / This has to be my biggest expense. If you book a spot here. And you don’t show up, or cancel. You will be billed for the entire time you booked.
CANCELATIONS / Please be sure of your plans when you book. When you do, I’m holding a spot for you. If you cancel, you will be billed a $50.00 cancelation fee. Cancelations must be done by phone. Not by responding to automated email.
AFTER HOURS. / This is a 24 hour business. But even Superman needs a break sometimes. So I’m setting hours of operation for 7am until 8pm. I am of course here all the time. But there will be a $25.00 charge to wake my ass up.
LATE PICKUPS / FOR BOARDING CLIENTS / Daycare is always free during your pet’s stay here. But I do need to re-book the spot. So on pickup day checkout time is 11am. After that I have to charge for daycare on that day. FOR DAYCARE CLIENTS / A full day is up to 10 hours. If you are working longer hours. You are making more money than I am. And can afford $25.00 per hour past 10 hours. 1 hour minimum. You still won’t find a better, or more affordable daycare in town.
