I do like the structure that can be set up in a commercial facility. But for me it was to commercial. (Felt like a jail). 

So I built out this house in the same fashion as a facility. Now they have the same structure. (Each their own house here). But with the feel of a home. More personal, and not commercial. Now we have the best of both worlds.
